Essence Life Residence is directly on Campeche Beach with full amenities and private access to the beach. Big and bright with ocean and mountain views. Projector with 100" screen, NET Cable and Wifi Internet. Secure underground parking with elevator access to the apartment which is located beside the 24/7 security desk. I got this place after 7 years in Floripa at 30+ beaches and Campeche Beach is my absolute favorite, you will love it. Walk to grocery store, cafe, bakery, and more. Huge pool.
Good to know
Master bedroom has Queen Bed, Full Bathroom, and larger closet. Second bedroom also has queen bed and simple clothes hanger with shelves. Hallway has a third full size bed but no wall as well as another full bathroom with shower.

Campeche is amazing! Lots of natural foods, vegan restaurants, sushi places, and one of the best beaches in the world (and I've traveled a lot!)
Guest Access
Guests may use the entire home, as well as the pool and gym in the common area as long as they are respectful of the others within our community.

A few different buses pass by the house but I take uber everywhere. Underground assigned parking space is great for rental cars.
