Good to know
Our home was designed with beautiful indoor/outdoor living in mind and furnished to accommodate large groups comfortably. We border a large green area with native and tropical vegetation and are the closest house to the Ocean in our neighborhood. The pool and outdoor dining areas are extremely private which makes time with friends even more special. The dining table easily seats 12 and the outdoor patio table seats another 12. We have seen guests bring the outdoor table inside for larger groups to all eat together.
Other Details to Note
Normally guests can stay late the day of checkout except when we have someone arriving the same day. In that case feel free to have packed bags in one location and use one room like the living room etc..etc... but the maids will need to clean the rest of the house. Since we have flexible arrival time new guests could drop bags off as early as 11am. We will message you if we need to regarding same day checkin/checkout planning as it really only happens a few times per year and has been a non-issue. You can expect this listing to be clean but due to our close proximity to the beach you may find a permanent stain, scuff, scratch, or minor breakage; we routinely replace items with cosmetic damage but not after every guest.
